How do I place the order?

What Information do I need to provide for an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:

  1. Catalog code(s) and quantity of the product(s) you want to order
  2. Your shipping and billing addresses
  3. Phone number
  4. Email address
  5. Payment method
  6. GST Number if any

How much does shipping cost?

We are currently offering all our products at no extra cost for shipping i.e. free delivery across the country.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently, we accept Credit/Debit, UPI & COD payments.

Do you process international orders as well?

No, currently we only accept domestic orders.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us asap at yaxonpharmacare@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order before shipping. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders as soon as we get them and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our return/cancellation policy.
